Job Description
Responsibilities
Provide full spectrum of HR duties Manage entire frontline recruitment process from attraction to selection and placement as well as on-board formalities Support frontline payroll and C&B administration Keep abreast of market intelligence and initiate new recruitment channels Support on other HR duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned Assist in review and revise HR policies and procedures from time to time to ensure legal compliance and market competitiveness Drive and perform annual practices such as budgeting, tax filing, insurance renewal etc. Plan and execute staff activities Assist in operation needs Lead and participate in ad hoc projects as required Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above Minimum 3-5 years HR experience as a generalist in retail industry Well-versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and related legislation in Hong Kong Able to work independently under pressure and perform multi-task in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, well-organized and flexible Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin Strong PC skill in MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Candidates with relevant HR experience will be considered for other suitable positions Immediate available preferred
