Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
To design and manage a efficient recruitment strategies from concept to implementation proactively to recruit talent, using social media and innovative recruitment platforms to reach the best qualified talent Conducts research proactively via various channels (social media/ job boards/ career sites/ referrals/ market research etc.) and develop strong sourcing network to build a robust talent pipeline Provide HR advice and support to all team managers, understanding business operations and departmental needs for manpower planning, talent acquisition and retention Prepare HR analytics and management reports such as staff turnover analysis and recruitment status Employer Branding
Maintain the images and contents of all social media platforms, eg.
LinkedIn, company websites and recruitment channels. Plan and execute recruitment events and social media campaigns such as campus recruitment talks, recruitment days, job fairs, and workshops. Develop and implement recognition programs, engagement and retention programs that support employee well-being, job satisfaction, career development, and promote a positive work culture Conduct regular surveys and assessments to gather feedback from employees and identify areas for improvement Provide support for employees experiencing personal or professional challenges, including counselling and referrals to resources Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment (in-house).Ideally gained from sizable organization Good knowledge in HR practices, employment ordinance & related legal regulatory in HK Responsible, adaptive to changes, creative, self-motivated, and energetic Self-motivated, positive, well-organized and demonstrate as a good team player Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
