A world leading Retail brand is currently seeking an Assistant HR Manager to join their young and dynamic team.

- Responsible for HR duties in all areas of HR, covering Hong Kong and APAC
- Manage compensation and benefit programs, total rewards and incentive design
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, in accordance with local applicable laws and regulations
- Lead recruitment and selection processes, including candidate screening, interviewing, offering and on-boarding
- Manage the performance management process, including performance appraisals and disciplinary procedures
skills & experiences required.
- 3 -5 years of experience in Human Resources, with APAC exposure is an advantage
- Knowledge of the Luxury Retail industry is preferable
- Solid understanding of C&B principles, HR policies and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Hands-on with a can do attitude
- Able to work flexibly in a fast-paced team environment and with strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Immediate available is highly preferable
