Assistant Customer Service Support Manager Job Opening In Hong Kong, Hong Kong – Now Hiring China Mobile Hong Kong Co. Ltd.


Job description

In this position, you will:


  • Responsible for customer service digital strategy operation and project management, and promote digital intelligence transformation and construction.

  • Responsible for the construction of digital intelligent tools in the field of customer service, empowering frontline production and complaint handling, and facilitating high-quality services and high-precision marketing.

  • Responsible for the construction of customer tags and customer portraits, building a precise and scalable data model based on users, and effectively supporting customer insights and refined business operations.
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems related disciplines or equivalent

  • At least 6 years relevant experience in system development or mobile telecom industry, candidate with less experience will consider as Senior Data Analyst

  • Familiar with commonly used databases, web development technologies, server-side development technologies, front-end development technologies, etc.

  • Passion on building new system/application and continuously optimize it based on observation, study system usage and user's need.

    Well organized, with analytical mind and work independently.

    Detail-oriented and eager to work with complex business workflows

  • Proficiency in written & Oral of English, Chinese and Putonghua is must
