Responsible for the development and analysis of Compensation & Benefits scheme, including: payroll administration, commission, incentive schemes etc
Monitor commission and incentive programs are consistently deployed
Handle HR projects for new market openings or system enhancements, including preparation of user requirements, preparing testing scripts, UAT and documentations etc.
Review HR policies to ensure meeting all regulatory and compliance requirements
skills & experiences required.
Degree holder in Human Resources, Mathematics or other Business Administration related disciplines
Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits field
Excellent organisational, problem-solving and communication skills.
