Our client, a European cosmetics company, is looking to hire an Assistant Area Manager to support the team.
Responsibilities:

Sales Support
Assist the Area Manager in developing and executing sales strategies across APAC markets.Monitor distributor sales performance (sell-in/sell-out) 2.
Operations
Follow-up on clients monthly forecasts, purchase orders and inventories.Track distributor inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking.Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth and timely supply chain process.3.
Training & Brand Representation
Help organize and facilitate training sessions for distributor teams and retail staff on product knowledge, brand values, and sales techniques.Ensure all brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards are upheld across markets.Conduct regular field visits to support market execution and enhance visibility.4.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
Analyze sales data and market trends to prepare performance reports.Monitor competitor activity and gather insights to support brand strategy refinement. Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Fresh graduates with strong business acumen and motivation are welcome to apply.2+ years of experience in the cosmetics field, sales and coordination Beauty enthusiast, with a strong product and brand sensitivity.performance-driven, with a commitment to achieving objectives.Proactive, hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset, and solutions-oriented, with strong autonomy and ownership.Performance-driven and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving, multicultural environment.Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and multitasking ability.Strong command of Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables) and PowerPoint (presentations).Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).Experience working in an APAC regional environment or with distributors is a plus.Willingness to travel in APAC on a regular basis
