The School of Graduate Studies is established for strengthening the central support for postgraduate programmes as well as the monitoring of their quality in alignment with the University’s strategic direction of expanding and providing quality postgraduate education.
It also proactively seeks collaboration with leading institutions in the international academic communities to co-organise scholarly activities to enhance postgraduate student learning.
Responsibilities
• Plan, implement, and execute marketing strategies to recruit students for TPg programmes
• Prepare a comprehensive marketing content inventory to support the development of social media channels and advertising initiatives
• Schedule content on social media to enhance programme branding and visibility
• Collaborate with media outlets to execute digital advertising campaigns aimed at promoting the brand and attracting prospective students to our TPg programmes
• Create marketing collateral and maintain up-to-date content on the website
• Managing social media platforms and the website
• Supervise junior colleagues
• Support the Manager in efficiently managing administrative tasks and projects
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
Requirements
• A Bachelor’s degree with major in communication, marketing and event management is preferred
• 6 years’ related experience, preferably in tertiary education institutions or NGO setting
• Familiarity with social media platforms ( WeChat, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram) and digital content creation
• Excellent coordination, organisational and interpersonal skills
• An excellent command of written and verbal English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• The ability to take the initiative and to carry out duties independently and under tight schedules
• A strong sense of responsibility and accountability
• Good supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate junior colleagues to achieve common goals of the School and the University
• Proficiency in IT & computer skills, Microsoft Office, Zoom application and Design software

The rank and commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
