Job Description
Responsibilities
Handle daily accounting duties including payment collection, reconciliation, reports and analysis Liaise with business owners across departments / countries to ensure on time collection of information to meet deadlines Ensure data inputted in Company’s accounting system are reconciled and compliance with established accounting policies, rules & procedures Participate in the preparation of financial and managerial reports, including aging report, financial analyses, forecasting, cash flow review, audit and taxation Be on the lookout constantly for ways to improve system processes Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above At least 3 years’ relevant experience, preferable in multi-national companies Experience in SAP system is advantageous Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin Proficiency in MS Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Outlook) applications Detail-orientated with good sense for numbers Energetic to drive for customer success and excellent service Good analytical skill and ability to bring about change Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline Possess strong sense of ownership and high degree of independence Passionate in connecting with people and adopting high level of interpersonal skills
