Understand the overall concept and functionality aspect of the departmentPerform administrative duties to support the smooth operations flows within the department, eg manage database and recordsCo-ordinate and participate in bank activities and networking eventsShadow position within the department as part of “on the job training” for a variety of duties Qualifications Job Requirements:College student, preferably with discipline of Business Administration or equivalentProficient computer skills including Microsoft Office suite of Word, Excel, PowerPointSelf-directed and able to work with less supervisorGood communication skillFluent in spoken and written in English and ChineseKeen to learn new knowledge and adaptiveLong-term relationship for 6 months and above preferableYear 2 - Year 3 Student preferableMacau Resident
