Our client is a global logistics MNC with a high reputation around the world.
They are now looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer to join their global IT team.
The selected candidate is responsible for providing technical support to their IT Service Management (ITSM) application.

- Provide daily technical support to the ITSM application
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to ITSM application
- Liaise with internal parties and global helpdesk team
- Assist in regional IT enhancement projects
skills & experiences required.
- 2+ years’ experience in providing product support to IT Service Management Applications
- Hands on experience in any ITSM applications such as Ivanti, Jira, BMC Remedy, HPSM, ServiceNow or Service Desk
- Good knowledge of ITSM concepts and workflow including incidents, problems, service request, CMDB, contract and change management.
- Experience in writing PowerShell script for automation will be a plus
- Good commands of spoken and written English and Cantonese
