An opportunity has arisen for a driven and enthusiastic Application Support Analyst to join their global IT team.
The Role:
This position supports the flow rates trading in the Asia region.
You will be the first point of contact for APAC trading on projects for pre-trade IRD and Bonds applications whilst supporting their Traders.
Respond to user requests by utilizing tracking tools andmunicating with relevant stakeholders (locally and/or globally). Manage incidents through the appropriate processes, including reporting, to help minimize incident occurrence and reduce resolution times. Improve and update support documentation. Assist Business Analysts with requirements gathering and coordinate with developers based on business priorities Engage in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and retrospectives. Contribute to non-regression testing campaigns. Proactively propose technical and functional improvements. Essential Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT within an Investment Bank or Hedge Fund on pre-trade workflow (price contributions, market connectivity, pricing, auto-negotiations, RFQ) Experience in C# and/or ION is highly regarded Accountable and proactive with the ability to work autonomously and under tight timeframes Strongmunication skills in English (Fluent in Chinese/French/Japanese is advantageous)
