**Job Description**

We offer graduate opportunities in various business streams:

**BUILDING ENGINEERING – MEP**

(HVAC / Fire Services / Plumbing & Drainage / Electrical / Electronics / Fire Engineering / Sustainability / Tunnel Ventilation / Building Services / Mechanical)

Our M&E team is involved in the related engineering design and construction of all types of buildings and infrastructure projects including commercial, industrial, leisure, sports, resorts, institutional, residential, public housing and healthcare projects.

Infrastructure projects include railway, airport, highway, tunnels and specialist systems in information communication technology, airport systems, security systems, sustainability and fire engineering.

**BUILDING ENGINEERING – STRUCTURAL**

(Structural, Façade, Material and Project & Construction Management)

We have brought to life many of the world’s iconic buildings, solving the complex challenges that often accompany pioneering ideas, through our ability to deploy leading edge technology such as virtual and augmented reality, as well as tap into the relevant experience across our global network.

Our Building Engineering, Structural Engineering team delivers creative solutions for building projects for industry, government, commercial and leisure sectors.

Our specialists have expertise in structural and building services engineering, fire engineering, acoustics, facades and seismic design.

We embed sustainability, ESG and ED&I principles in every design.

**GEOTECHNICAL & GEOLOGY**

(Civil and Geotechnical + Engineering Geology)

Our Geotechnical expertise provides robust foundation for infrastructure development.

We help our clients to overcome complex geotechnical challenges on their projects by developing viable solutions.

We provide one-stop access to a full range of services for an efficient and effective delivery of geotechnical solutions covering reclamation, ground improvement, deep excavation, foundations, slopes, site formation, tunnels and caverns, feasibility study, detailed design as well as project management including contract administration and construction supervision.

Engineering Geology is a separate sub-stream under the Geotechnical team.

Our geological specialists support the geotechnical team and provide professional geological services including ground investigation planning, natural terrain hazard assessments, landslide investigations, regional hillside catchment risk assessment, metasedimentary rock studies and 3D ground modelling to help manage geotechnical risk and facilitate the safe and cost-effective design and construction of engineering works.

**LAND SUPPLY / MUNICIPAL**

(Civil, Project Management, Transportation System and Traffic & Transport Planning)

Effective stewardship comes from the ability to see and manage the macro and the micro – from your vision, to the deliverables by the different participants required to bring it to life.

Our Land Supply / Municipal team is a dedicated and experienced team of engineers, transport planners, specialists and project managers who work closely with government departments and private developers to provide professional services such as planning and design of civil infrastructures, highways and bridges, traffic and transport planning, etc.

From managing one single to multiple projects, we lead execution through design management, contract procurement, project programming and supply chain, supervision and leadership during construction and commissioning.

**PROGRAM, COST, CONSULTANCY**

(Quantity Surveying – Assistant Quantity Surveyor)

As one of the largest cost management consultancies, we have access to unprecedented cost data on projects across contexts and sectors accumulated and analyzed over years of robust services over major markets.

Based on this intelligence and analysis, we have developed industry-leading benchmarking data sets consisting of major functional uses on a global basis.

Along with our extensive experience and expertise of end markets and building types established on tailored application of approaches, templates and protocols by talented professionals, we can provide not only accurate advice on the cost implications of client requirements, but also solutions to client-focused issues.

Our Quantity Surveying team provides cost and project management and other specialist consultancy services to public- and private-sector clients around the world, with a strong presence around the region.

**TRANSPORTATION**

(Civil and Structural, excluding Traffic Planning)

Working with local and overseas municipalities, government agencies, commercial clients, contractors, and alternative delivery partners, we are building, optimizing, digitizing, automatizing, and expanding transportation systems that unlock potential for raising productivity, automation, climate resilience, environment, social, governance, sustainability, and quality of life.

Our Transportation Engineering and Project Management teams provide professional services in areas such as Aviation, Railway, Highways and Bridges, Ports and Marine, Civil Infrastructure and Climate Resilience/Change.

Our global network of top-tier specialists delivers one-stop and comprehensive services over the full life-cycle of projects to benefit clients in government and private sectors.

**WATER**

(Civil, Environment, Electrical and Mechanical)

Sustainable solutions for people and nature require deep understanding of how urban and rural infrastructure connects with the ecosystems around it.

Building on that foundation, our Water team delivers comprehensive solutions across the full water cycle — potable water, rainwater, wastewater, wet-weather systems, desalination, water resources, water reuse, and community infrastructure — through both traditional and alternative delivery models, including program management, design-build and digital delivery.

**Main Responsibilities**

+ Undergo graduate development programme to obtain a professional qualification in relevant discipline(s) (wherever applicable)

+ Perform assignments which require application of standard techniques, procedures and criteria to carry out tasks for further development of judgment and understanding on professional and ethical responsibilities

+ Develop solutions for technical problems under supervision

+ Provide reports, analysis, research and design documents on relevant projects as directed

+ Participate in project teams to achieve work outcomes

+ Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy

**Qualifications**

+ Final year students to be graduated in 2026 who are studying a Bachelor degree programme (for graduates other than UK) / Master degree programme (for all graduates) or above in relevant discipline(s) with regard to the business stream(s) applied

+ 2025 graduates with a Bachelor degree (for graduates other than UK) / Master degree programme (for all graduates) or above in relevant discipline(s) with less than 2 years of relevant experience will also be considered

+ Preferably with internship experience in related field but not a must

+ Good command of written and spoken English while good in Chinese is preferred

+ Positive attitude and passionate for professional development

+ Knowledgeable in using IT tools including business and engineering software and applications

+ Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Self-motivated, willing to learn and tackle challenges

+ Effective individual contributor with ability to work well in team
