Position Responsibilities:
Support the agent onboarding process by assisting with background checks, verifying documentation, and tracking onboarding progress.
Prepare, verify, and organize agent-related records and forms.
Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) to ensure accurate and accessible records.
Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on pending documentation, approvals, or compliance requirements.
Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of information in internal systems.
Provide general administrative support including printing, scanning, and document handling.
Handle ad hoc tasks and assignments as delegated by the supervisor or manager.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of administrative experience.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Proficient in Chinese word processing.
Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with insurance or agency operations is an advantage.
Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
