            Job Description
            
                  Responsibilities 
     Assist in handle full spectrum of office Admin & HR administrative duties    Co-ordinates the purchase/repair activities and handle payments    Assist in expatriates’ apartment coordination    Provide administrative support to the team e.g., prepare analysis reports    Manage the provision of office facilities and services    Maintain accurate and update Admin record & filing system    Handle payroll administration    Coordinate with related parties for company events and staff activities    Perform any ad hoc duties when required      Requirements 
      Diploma in Business Administration or related disciplines    At least 2 years of relevant Office Admin experience for Assistant, 4 years for Officer    Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin    A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills    Self-motivated, responsible, well-organized, detail-oriented    Have experience in using SAP or BC ERP system is an advantage    Immediate available is highly preferred
