Job Description
Responsibilities
Handle reception desk: greet, assist and direct visitors, manage phone calls and incoming and outing mails Arrange daily courier delivery to local and overseas with waybill and shipping document preparation Provide general administrative duties such as procurement of office supplies, liaise outsource vendors for services and coordinate office maintenance work with service providers and properties management, tidiness of facilities Assist in data entry, documentation tasks, meeting room booking and other clerical supports Provide backup and support to other administrative members / tea lady when required Assist in organizing company activities (e.g. annual dinner, farewell dinner etc.) Outdoor work when required Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above 1- 2 years relevant working experience Good telephone manner and communication skills, customer-oriented Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese Word processing
