Duties & Responsibilities
Assist to liaise, communicate and coordinate with Hotel General Managers and Owner’s representatives on regional matters whenever is neededOrganise and schedule meetings and appointmentsWork closely with the Administrative Assistants in the Hyatt Hub and handle any required administrative and reasonable duties as assignedAssist in preparing regular reports, i.e., invoicing, calendar, functional reportsMaintain information system, i.e., contact lists, intranetAct as the administrator for the Hyatt Connect site in which you will be responsible to upload, update or delete information and documents as advisedPrepare and translate correspondences in Chinese and EnglishArrange travel plans, expense claimsQualifications
Experience
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines; time and task management skillHighly motivated, solutions-oriented self-starter with adaptable teamwork styleAbility to communicate effectively and connect with colleagues at all levelsAbility to work independently to support the administration in multiple functions; attention to details, discretion in handling matters of confidentialityQualifications
Candidates with an F&B or Rooms background at Hyatt properties are preferredProficiency in English, Cantonese, and MandarinMicrosoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Outlook, ChatGPT
