Responsibilities
Responsible for leave and attendance, employee relations and other HR services in daily operation Maintain and update HR related records in a timely and accurate manner Handle all around Admin duties such as office facilities maintenance, stationery ordering, office facilities or equipment repair and maintenance, courier arrangement, etc Handle service contract for office equipment Assist to coordinate staff activities, company events and ad hoc projects Requirement
DSE / Form 5 or above Minimum 3 years of working experience Ability to work independently and as a team Well-organized, multi-tasked, meticulous Strong mindset of confidentiality to handle sensitive information Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel Good command in English (written), Chinese and Mandarin (verbal and written)
