Responsibilities
Data input of payment, bank advices and provisions Input data into SAP, Finance & Trading module Coordination with banks on payments and documents follow up Monthly bank and inter-company reconciliation Assist in preparation of various reports to management Assist to maintain the effective payment system and accounting control, include day to day bank and cash transactions and travel expense management Coordination with overseas offices on reports and documents Other duties as assigned from time to time Requirement
DSE / Form 5 or above 5 years relevant working experience Knowledge in English & Mandarin Working knowledge in SAP environment an advantage
