Job Description
Responsibilities
Handling collection / payment functions via ERP systems
Conduct clerical duties
Assistant supervisor to handle AR/AP collection functions
Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
DSE / Form 7 or above
Fresh graduates will also be considered.
More experience will be considered as Senior
LCC Higher or above
Knowledge on accounts receivable and familiar with shipping document is preferred
Proficient in MS Excel & Word is a must
Self-motivated, with strong sense of commitment and able to work under pressure & overtime
Well organized, with good interpersonal & communication skill
Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese/Chinese and Mandarin
Immediately available is preferred
