We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our Business Development team.
This role will be responsible for managing strategic client relationships, ensuring seamless delivery of AnyMind’s solutions, and working closely with local account teams, product specialists, and business leadership to strengthen long-term client partnerships and achieve commercial goals.
What You'll Do
Client Partnership & Growth
Act as the primary strategic contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of key accounts.
Develop a deep understanding of assigned clients' business objectives and industry challenges to become an indispensable partner.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth through cross-selling and up-selling AnyMind’s diverse solutions (China Online Advertising Solution Planning, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Influencer Marketing (Xiaohongshu/KOL), D2C Enablement, and more).
Lead regular business reviews, presenting data-driven insights, campaign performance, and strategic roadmaps to client stakeholders.
Strategy & Collaboration
Craft and execute tailored account strategies, media planning that align client goals with AnyMind’s capabilities to drive mutual success.
Work hand-in-hand with local account management, product specialists, and media planning teams to ensure flawless campaign execution and operational excellence.
Serve as the client’s voice internally, collaborating with sales, product, and leadership teams to advocate for their needs and shape future solutions.
Excellence & Insight
Proactively monitor client health, ensuring high satisfaction and swiftly addressing any challenges or escalations.
Analyze campaign and performance data to consolidate actionable insights and recommendations
