ResponsibilitiesSupport APAC Account Managers with merchant onboarding, product setup, and marketing initiatives across the region.Coordinate card production and product launch projects, including gathering requirements, tracking milestones, and managing timelines.Manage job tracking, purchase orders, and delivery schedules for multiple concurrent projects.Maintain and update product attributes across multiple databases and systems.Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of artwork, data files, scheduling, and shipping.Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders; proactively identify and reduce potential escalations.Create and maintain accurate documentation, schedules, and process guides.Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams across international markets.Support senior team members with day-to-day tasks and special projects as needed.
