What the day will look like





+ Prepare and send out policy endorsements and debit notes



+ Process policy renewals and claims



+ Provide general customer service including answering phone calls



+ Carry out general clerical admin.

work and file storage housekeeping



+ Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Supervisors









Skills and experience that will lead to success





+ At least 1 year of clerical/ client-facing working experience; knowledge in Insurance preferred



+ Passed in IIQE papers is an advantage



+ Well-organized with good administration skills



+ Ability to work independently and work well in a team environment



+ Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese



+ Good command of computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese Typing



+ Fresh graduates with passion and willingness to learn are welcomed
