Job description

Responsibilities




  • Perform general account functions (e.g.: data entries, prepare vouchers for Sales & purchase and payment & expenses, DN/ CN processing, etc.)

  • Responsible for account receivable, accounts payable and general ledger functions

  • Prepare the exchange rate applied in the whole group

  • Perform loan and bank reconciliation

  • Assist month end closing

  • Assist in preparing breakdown of budget

  • Responsible for timely filing works of the department

  • Coordinate for the documents archive for the department

  • Maintain full set of books and relevant reports for small entities

  • Carry out any ad hoc assignment from time to time



  • Requirements




  • DSE / Form 5 or above

  • 1-2 years book-keeping / accounting experience will be an advantage

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. Pivot table, VLOOKUP, etc.) and Word

  • Experience in using Flex accounting software is a plus

  • Good command in both written and spoken English

  • Able to work on multi-tasks and meet tight schedules

  • Good interpersonal skills, problem-solving, positive, proactive and constructive attitude

  • Fresh graduates are welcomed

  • Immediate available is highly preferred
